● नारायणपुर पुलिस द्वारा संचालित नक्सल विरोधी “माड़ बचाओ अभियान: नक्सलवाद से माड़ को बचाओ” में सुरक्षा बलों को मिली बड़ी सफलता
● मृत नक्सलियों में 03 डी.व्ही.सी.एम., 03 पीपीसीएम माड़ डिवीजन पीएलजीए कंपनी नं. 01 के शामिल 02 की पहचान होना शेष ।
● माड़ डिवीजन के कुतुल एरिया कमेटी क्षेत्र में कोडमरका फरसबेड़ा के जंगलों में चलाया गया था नारायणपुर पुलिस का नक्सल विरोधी “माड़ बचाओ अभियान”।
● संयुक्त अभियान में नारायणपुर, कोंडागांव, दंतेवाडा, कांकेर जिलो के एलिट फोर्सेस डीआरजी एवं एसटीएफ के साथ 53वी वाहिनी आईटीबीपी एवं बीएसएफ 135वीं वाहिनी का बल रहा शामिल।
● कुल 05 दिनों तक चला अभियान। इसमें महिला कमांडो की विशेष भूमिका रही ।
● मौके से 01 नग इंसास रायफल, 02 नग 303 रायफल, 03 नग 315 बोर रायफल, 01 नग बीजीएल लांचर सहित भारी मात्रा में विस्फोटक सामान व अन्य नक्सली दैनिक उपयोगी सामग्री बरामद।
● मुठभेड़ में बड़ी संख्या में अन्य नक्सलियों के मारे जाने अथवा घायल होने की संभावना।
● 45 दिनों के अंदर नारायणपुर पुलिस के नक्सल विरोधी माड़ बचाओ अभियान को चौथी बड़ी सफलता कोडतामरका से पहले उत्तरी माड़ में काकुर, दक्षिणी माड़ में रेखावाया एवं पूर्वी माड़ क्षेत्र में ईरपनार -भट्बेड़ा में मिल चुकी है बड़ी सफलता ।
● भय और हिंसामुक्त माड़ अब दूर नहीं। ग्रामीणों में जगी नक्सली भय से आजादी की आशा।
● अभियान में एसटीएफ के जवान नितेश एक्का बहादुरी से नक्सलियों से लड़ते हुए शहीद हुए, दो अन्य जवान घायल और खतरे से बाहर ।
◾ बस्तर संभाग अंतर्गत विगत महीनों में प्रभावी रूप से नक्सल विरोधी अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। इसी के अंतर्गत माड़ से नक्सलवाद का सफाया करने के उद्देश्य से नारायणपुर पुलिस के द्वारा पिछले चार महीने से नक्सल विरोधी माड़ बचाओ अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। उपरोक्त सिलसिला में दिनांक 12 जून, 2024 को जिला नारायणपुर के माड़ क्षेत्र में माड़ डिवीजन के माओवादी कैडर एवं पीएलजीए कंपनी नंम्बर 01 के माओवादी कैडरों की उपस्थिति की आसूचना पर संयुक्त बल रवाना किया गया था।
◾ पुलिस को माड़ डिवीजन के कुतुल एरिया कमेटी क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम कुतुल, फरसबेड़ा, कोड़तामेटा, आदिंगपार क्षेत्र में नक्सलियों की उपस्थिति की आसूचना प्राप्त हुई थी। उक्त सूचना के तस्दीक हेतु दिनांक 12, 13.06.2024 की मध्य रात्रि में नारायणपुर डीआरजी, दंतेवाडा डीआरजी, कांकेर डीआरजी, कोण्डागांव से डीआरजी, एसटीएफ बघेरा तथा आईटीबीपी 53वीं वाहिनी एवं बीएसएफ 135वीं वाहिनी का संयुक्त बल नक्सल विरोधी अभियान हेतु ग्राम कुतुल, फरसबेड़ा, कोड़तामेटा, आदिंगपार क्षेत्र में रवाना हुई थी।
◾ अभियान के दौरान दिनांक 15.06.2024 को प्रातः करीबन 07ः00 बजे कुतुल-फरसबेड़ा, और कोड़तामेटा के जंगल में माओवादियों द्वारा सुरक्षा बलो को जान से मारने व हथियार लूटने की नियत से अंधाधुंध फायरिंग किया गया।
◾ पुलिस पार्टी द्वारा तत्काल पोजीशन लेकर आत्मसमर्पण हेतु आवाज दिया गया आत्मसमर्पण की बात को नक्सलियों के द्वारा अनसुना करते हुए और अधिक मात्रा में फायरिंग करने लगे। पुलिस पार्टी द्वारा आत्मरक्षार्थ मौके पर पोजिशन लेकर जवाबी फायरिंग किया गया इसके बाद रूक-रूक कर अलग-अलग टीमों के साथ दिन भर मुठभेड़ हुआ बाद खुद को घिरता देखकर नक्सली जान बचाकर घने जंगलो व पहाड़ियों की आड़ लेकर भाग गये।
◾ फायरिंग बंद होने पर सभी टीमों द्वारा अपने-अपने दिये गये टास्क क्षेत्र में सर्चिंग करने पर घटना स्थल के अलग-अलग स्थानों से कुल 08 वर्दीधारी नक्सलियों का शव तथा शव के पास से 01 नग इंसास रायफल, 02 नग 303 रायफल, 03 नग 315 बोर रायफल, 01 नग बीजीएल लांचर एवं भारी मात्रा में विस्फोटक पदार्थ, दवाईयां सहित अन्य नक्सली दैनिक उपयोगी सामान बरामद हुआ। घटना स्थल में और भी खून के धब्बे दिखाई दिया जिससे प्रतीत होता है कि इस मुठभेड़ में बडी संख्या में अन्य नक्सलियों के घायल अथवा मारे जाने की संभावना है।
◾ नारायणपुर पुलिस के नक्सल विरोधी “माड़ बचाओ अभियान” को एक सप्ताह के भीतर ये दूसरी बड़ी सफलता, एक महीने के भीतर तीसरी बड़ी सफलता और 45 दिनों के भीतर चौथी बड़ी सफलता है। ज्ञात हो की हो की 30 अप्रैल काकुर में, 24 मई को रखवाया में, 8 जून को ईरपनार-भट्बेड़ा में इसी अभियान के तहत बड़ी सफलता मिल चुकी है।
◾ 40 साल से माड़ नक्सलवाद हिंसा व भय से ग्रस्त है लेकिन अब यहांॅ के मूलवासी, आदिवासी एवं ग्रामीण हिंसा, भय एवं नक्सलवाद से मुक्त माड़ की कल्पना कर रहे हैं। नक्सल विरोधी सफल अभियानों से विकास को गति मिल रही है। बल्कि आदिवासी, मूलवासी, ग्रामीणों को विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति मिल रही है।
◾ उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक कांकेर श्री के0 एल0 ध्रुव एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक नारायणपुर श्री प्रभात कुमार द्वारा बताया गया कि- इस ऑपरेशन के उपरांत नक्सलियों के कंपनी नम्बर 01 के गढ़ रहे माड़ डिवीजन कुतुल एरिया कमिटी के नक्सलियों में भय का माहौल है। माड़ क्षेत्र को नक्सली शीर्ष नेतृत्व अपना सुरक्षित ठिकाना मानते है नक्सली नेतृत्व इस ऑपरेशन उपरांत ग्रामीणों एवं अपने निचले कैडर को दोषारोपण कर रहे हैं। माड़ डिवीजन में नक्सलियों के अटैकिंग फ़ोर्स के स्तम्भ रहे कंपनी नम्बर 01, कुतुल एरिया कमिटी के ऊपर यह अब तक विगत ढेड़ माह के अन्दर दूसरा कड़ा प्रहार है।
◾ दुर्गम जंगल एवं विकट भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों में रहने वाले मूल निवासियों को नक्सलवादी विचारधारा से बचाना और उन्हें चरमपंथी सिद्धांतों के आकर्षण से निकलना ही हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य है, ताकि क्षेत्र में विकास एवं शांति कायम हो सके। हम उन सभी मूलवासियों से जो बाहरी विचारधारा और बाहर के नक्सली नेताओं के गलत प्रभाव में फंस गये हैं, अपील करते हैं कि वे नक्सलवाद को त्याग कर मुख्य धारा से जुड़े व हथियार और नक्सलवादी विचारधारा का त्याग व विरोध करें।

◾ अन्य 02 मृत माओवादियों की पहचान कार्यवाही जारी है।
◾ उक्त मुठभेड़ के दौरान एसटीएफ के 01 जवान शहीद और 02 जवान घायल हुए है। घायल जवानों को उचित उपचार के लिए रायपुर एयरलिफ्ट कराकर ईलाज कराया जा रहा है, अभी घायल जवानों की स्थिति सामान्य और खतरे से बाहर है।

(02) एसटीएफ आरक्षक 831 कैलाश नेताम उम्र 33 वर्ष निवासी जिला कोण्डागांव।
◾ पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, बस्तर रेंज श्री सुन्दरराज पी. द्वारा बताया गया कि प्रतिबंधित एवं गैर कानूनी सीपीआई माओवादी संगठन के विरूद्ध प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने के उद्देश्य से स्थानीय पुलिस बल तथा केन्द्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बल द्वारा विगत दिनों में बेहतर तालमेल एवं रणनीति के साथ काम करने के परिणाम स्वरूप वर्ष 2024 में अब तक बस्तर संभाग के अंतर्गत हुई विभिन्न मुठभेड़ो के दौरान अब तक कुल 131 माओवादियों के शव बरामद की गई, जिसमें सर्वाधिक जिला बीजापुर- 51, कांकेर-34 एवं नारायणपुर- 26 माओवादियों को मुठभेड़ में मार गिराया गया है।
◾ माड़ डिवीजन के माओवादिओं के बीच में हुई मुठभेड़ के संबंध में पुलिस मेस थाना परिसर नारायणपुर में आयोजित की गई पत्रकारवार्ता में पुलिस महानिरीक्षक बस्तर रेंज श्री सुन्दरराज पी, पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक कांकेर श्री कन्हैया लाल धु्व, पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक दंतेवाड़ा श्री कमलोचन कश्यप, पुलिस अधीक्षक नारायणपुर श्री प्रभात कुमार, पुलिस अधीक्षक दंतेवाड़ा श्री गौरव रॉय, अति. पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री रोबिनसन गुड़िया, पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ श्री विजय पांडेय, एसटीएफ, आईटीबीपी एवं बीएसएफ के वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
◾ शहीद एसटीएफ आरक्षक नितेश एक्का को माननीय मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय, माननीय गृह मंत्री विजय शर्मा, डीजीपी छत्तीसगढ़ अशोक जुनेजा एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों एवं जन प्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति में राजधानी रायपुर में राजकीय सम्मान के साथ सलामी एवं श्रध्दांजली दी गई। इसके उपरांत शहीद के पार्थिव शरीर को हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से गृह जिला जशपुर अंतिम संस्कार के लिए भेजा गया।

🔹 Narayanpur police’s anti-Naxal “Maad Bachao Abhiyan” was run in the forests of Kodmarka Farasbeda in Kutul Area Committee area of Maaad Division
🔹 The joint operation involved elite forces DRG and STF of Narayanpur, Kondagaon, Dantewada, Kanker districts along with 53rd Battalion ITBP and BSF 135th Battalion.
🔹 The operation lasted for a total of 05 days. Women commandos played a special role in it
🔹 01 INSAS rifle, 02 pieces of 303 rifle, 03 pieces of 315 bore rifle, 01 BGL launcher along with a large quantity of explosives and other Naxal daily useful materials recovered from the spot.
🔹 Possibility of large number of other Naxalites being killed or injured in the encounter.
🔹 Within 45 days, Narayanpur police’s anti-Naxal Maad Bachao Abhiyan has achieved its fourth major success. Before Kodtamarka, major successes have been achieved in Kakur in North Maad, Rekhawaya in South Maad and Irpanar-Bhatbeda in East Maad region.
🔹 Fear and violence free Maad is not far now. Hope of freedom from Naxal fear has risen among the villagers.
🔹 STF Jawan Nitesh Ekka was martyred while bravely fighting the Naxals in the campaign, two other Jawans are injured and out of danger
◾ Effective anti-Naxal operations are being conducted in the past months under Bastar division. Under this, with the aim of eradicating Naxalism from Maad, Narayanpur Police has been conducting anti-Naxal Maad Bachao Abhiyan for the last four months. In the above sequence, on June 12, 2024, a joint force was dispatched on the intelligence of the presence of Maoist cadres of Maad Division and Maoist cadres of PLGA Company No. 01 in Maad area of Naraypur district.
◾ Police had received intelligence of the presence of Naxalites in village Kutul, Farasbeda, Kodtameta, Adingpar area under Kutul Area Committee area of Maad Division. To verify the above information, in the midnight of 12, 13.06.2024, a joint force of Narayanpur DRG, Dantewada DRG, Kanker DRG, DRG from Kondagaon, STF Baghera and ITBP 53rd Battalion and BSF 135th Battalion left for anti-Naxal operation in village Kutul, Farasbeda, Kodtameta, Adingpar area.
◾ During the operation, on 15.06.2024 at around 07:00 am, in the forests of Kutul-Farasbeda and Kodtameta, Maoists opened indiscriminate fire with the intention of killing the security forces and looting weapons.
◾ The police party immediately took position and called for surrender, but the Naxalites ignored the surrender and started firing in more quantity. The police party took position on the spot for self-defense and retaliated by firing. Thereafter, intermittent encounters took place with different teams throughout the day. After seeing themselves surrounded, the Naxalites ran away to save their lives by taking cover of dense forests and hills.
◾ After the firing stopped, all the teams searched their respective task areas and recovered the bodies of 08 uniformed Naxalites from different places of the incident site and 01 INSAS rifle, 02 303 rifles, 03 315 bore rifles, 01 BGL launcher and a large quantity of explosives, medicines and other daily useful items of the Naxalites were recovered from near the bodies. More blood stains were seen at the incident site which indicates that a large number of other Naxalites are likely to be injured or killed in this encounter.
◾ This is the second major success of the anti-Naxal “Maad Bachao Abhiyan” of Narayanpur Police within a week, the third major success within a month and the fourth major success within 45 days. It may be noted that major successes have been achieved under this campaign in Kakur on 30 April, in Rakhwaya on 24 May and in Irpanar-Bhatbeda on 8 June.
◾ Maad has been suffering from Naxal violence and fear for 40 years but now the natives, tribals and villagers are imagining Maad free from violence, fear and Naxalism. Successful anti-Naxal campaigns are speeding up development. Rather, tribals, natives and villagers are getting expression of their views.
◾ Deputy Inspector General of Police Kanker Shri K.L. Dhruv and Superintendent of Police Narayanpur Shri Prabhat Kumar told that after this operation, there is an atmosphere of fear among the Naxalites of Maad Division Kutul Area Committee, which is the stronghold of Company Number 01 of the Naxalites. The top Naxal leadership considers Maad area as their safe haven. After this operation, the Naxal leadership is blaming the villagers and their lower cadre. This is the second severe attack in the last one and a half months on Company Number 01, Kutul Area Committee, which has been the pillar of the Naxalite attacking force in Maad Division.
◾ Our main objective is to save the indigenous people living in remote forests and difficult geographical conditions from Naxalite ideology and to free them from the attraction of extremist principles, so that development and peace can be established in the region. We appeal to all those indigenous people who have been trapped under the wrong influence of external ideology and external Naxalite leaders, to abandon Naxalism and join the mainstream and give up arms and oppose Naxalite ideology.

◾ During the said encounter, 01 STF Jawan was martyred and 02 Jawans were injured. The injured Jawans are being treated by airlifting them to Raipur for proper treatment, the condition of the injured Jawans is normal and out of danger.

◾ Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range Shri Sundarraj P. informed that as a result of working with better coordination and strategy by the local police force and central paramilitary force in the past days for the purpose of taking effective action against the banned and illegal CPI Maoist organization, a total of 131 Maoist bodies have been recovered so far during various encounters under Bastar division in the year 2024, in which the maximum number of Maoists killed in the encounter were from Bijapur district – 51, Kanker – 34 and Narayanpur – 26.
◾ In the press conference organized in Police Mess Police Station premises Narayanpur regarding the encounter between the Maoists of Maad Division, Inspector General of Police Bastar Range Mr. Sundarraj P, Deputy Inspector General of Police Kanker Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Dhuve, Superintendent of Police Narayanpur Mr. Prabhat Kumar, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Robinson Gudiya, Superintendent of Police STF Mr. Vijay Pandey, senior officers of STF, ITBP and BSF were present.
◾ Martyr STF constable Nitesh Ekka was saluted and paid tribute with state honors in the presence of Honorable Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Honorable Home Minister Vijay Sharma, DGP Chhattisgarh Ashok Juneja and other senior officers and public representatives in the capital Raipur. After this, the mortal remains of the martyr were sent to home district Jashpur via helicopter for last rites.
